Restaurantes especatculares, The Jane Antwerp

Si de verdad eres un devoto entusiasta de la restauración, no deberías perder ni un segundo en visitar este templo de la cocina y el buen gusto, y nunca mejor dicho. Levantado en una antigua capilla de un hospital militar en Antwerp Belgica (Amberes para los amigos), The Jane Antwerp abre sus puertas, capitaneado por el chef con una estrella Michelin, Sergio Herman y su mano derecha Nick Brill.
 El equipo de diseñadores del Piet Boon Studio han realizado una maravillosa restauración, procurando mantener la mayor cantidad posible de los elementos originales de la capilla y acompañarlos magistralmente con otros de nueva factura.
Los techos altos, las cristaleras, el espacio infinito en el crucero de la capilla, donde se sitúa el comedor, te  sobrecogen preparandote para la experiencia culinaria posterior.

Por cierto los uniformes de los empleados son diseño de G-Star.

If you really are a devout enthusiast of restoration you shouldn’t lose a minute and visit this temple of cuisine and good taste, and those words were never better used. It is built in an old chapel belonging to the Army Hospital in Antwerp (Belgium). The Jane Antwerp open its doors under the command of Sergio Herman, rated with a Michelin star, and his assistant Nick Brill.

The team of designers of Piet Boon Studio has made a wonderful restoration, trying to preserve as many original elements in the chapel as possible and expertly adding newly made ones.
The high ceilings, the glass windows, the infinite space in the transept of the chapel, where they place the dining area, overwhelm you creating the atmosphere for the coming culinary experience.
